This hotel turned out to be a charming surprise. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and it felt safe and cozy throughout our stay. While the rooms were on the smaller side and could be a bit noisy, the personalized breakfast service and lovely courtyard more than made up for that. The only downside was that it took about 15-20 minutes to walk to nearby restaurants, which might not be ideal for everyone.

The rooms were small yet clean and comfortable, featuring a cozy ambiance. They had enough outlets for charging devices, although sound carried easily between them.

Situated a bit out of the way, it takes about a 15-minute walk to the main square, but it provides a nice retreat after a day of exploring.

The hotel had a beautiful courtyard with a fountain, offering a serene setting. However, the absence of cooking utensils in the kitchen could be inconvenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, where the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our late-night arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the peaceful gardens added a lovely touch to the overall atmosphere. The only downside was the breakfast options, which were quite basic. Nevertheless, the setting is beautiful, especially being near a volcano, and I appreciated the close proximity to the main square in Antigua.

This hotel is a charming gem with a beautiful setting and a great vibe. The rooms are well-kept and have a super-comfy bed, making it a nice place to retreat after exploring. The dining experiences were enjoyable, especially with the lovely courtyard for breakfast. However, it’s worth noting that the location isn't right in the middle of the action, requiring a bit of a walk to the main attractions.

Rooms

The rooms surround a lovely courtyard garden and are very clean. Ours was described as a 'suite' and included a small kitchen, but we found it lacking in cooking utensils. The bed was extremely comfy, and the bathroom had great products.
Service

The staff were very accommodating, always offering help when needed. They were eager to adjust meals for dietary restrictions, which I really appreciated.
Location

The hotel is on the outskirts of town, which wasn’t too bad, but it did require a 10-15 minute walk to the main square. It’s set in a quiet residential area, which is good for those who prefer peace.
Dining

Breakfast was delightful with freshly made food served in the beautiful courtyard, complemented by perfect Guatemalan coffee. It really was a highlight of our stay.
Facilities

The facilities were decent, particularly the courtyard with its lovely ambiance. However, we did have issues with the room being too hot at times since the window had to remain closed.

This hotel is a hidden gem with beautiful decor and welcoming vibes. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, and the breakfast was fresh and satisfying. However, the room we stayed in was on the smaller side and could use more storage options. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back for the cozy atmosphere and great service.

Rooms
